Dill Mill Gayye talks about the story of 5 surgical interns who became good friends. Every moment they spent inside the Sanjeevani Hospital became truly colorful. Riddhima and her co-intern Armaan started from a love-hate relationship. Like Riddhima, Armaan aspires to be a very good doctor. The demands in the workplace would often bring out several heated arguments between the two of them...until they just realized that they are starting to like each other. And that lit the romantic mood inside the hospital.
The interns in the story deal with love, friendship, family and ambition. The story is truly inspiring.
